I am ANDRES, and I am very grateful that you are reading this! Words cannot describe my excitement in bringing you the first ever ACE LAB event!
I was born and raised in Colombia and moved to the good ole US of A in 2003. I served in the US Air Force for ten years and was very fortunate that my military career brought me to the amazing city of Las Vegas. I obtained a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from UNLV in 2014 and worked as an engineer for eight years. In 2023 I decided to take a leap of faith by leaving the comfort of a good job and seek more fulfilling ways to serve. ACE LAB became a passion project as I sought out a more compelling sense of purpose. Throughout my life, as a military member turned engineer turned entrepreneur, I have built many beautiful relationships with all kinds of people, and it is abundantly clear that your network is your most powerful tool in life!
My vision for this event is to edify community and strengthen the ties of a collective network that we can capitalize on to build wealth, buy back our time, and grow together!

I am proud to call LUIS a friend and a mentor. Like myself, Luis immigrated to the US as a teenager. He moved from the Philippines to California where he and his wife became nurses. He worked tirelessly at nursing homes in Los Angeles. As selfless as a career in nursing is, Luis found himself with little to no time for with his wife, Veronique, and his three kids. In 2015 Luis and Veronique decided to take a leap of faith and go full time in the field of e-commerce.
Their evolution in e-commerce eventually led them to Amazon Marketplace, where they have been running their business since 2020, and are in the process of scaling as you read this.
Luis 's bet on himself allowed him to quit his job and buy back his time to spend it with his family, his most valuable asset. Luis has helped over 700 mentees, who he thinks of as friends & family, with e-commerce.

My great friend RED is a true testament of what it means to have delusional self-belief. Red moved to the US in 2016 with nothing but a backpack and $50 in his pocket. Since then, he has been made a name for himself by doing what he calls Life Hacking, where he transacts in cars and real estate for cash. Every time Red pops up on my feed, he is driving a different and cooler car than the time before and has acquired more than five properties into his real estate portfolio just in the last year.
Red is very passionate about building community and is constantly rubbing elbows with heavy hitters of the Real Estate game like Ryan Pineda, Pace Morby, and Thach Nguyen amongst others.
